My Story
My name is Erik Pacetta-Ullmann and I am the owner, founder & chef at Supreme Poutine. I’ve been working in the food industry for the past 15+ years and it’s always been a dream of mine to start my own food truck business. I am passionate about being creative and having fun with food. I’ve been inspired by family, friends and many talented chefs I’ve worked with in the past. I look forward to giving every customer a memorable and fulfilling experience.

Here at Supreme Poutine we pride ourselves in bringing you the best quality ingredients in every dish. From hand cut fries, house made sauces and of course squeaky farm fresh cheese curds, every order that comes off the truck is made with love and served the way we would want to eat it ourselves. Our passion, dedication and hard work shows in our food and service. Seeing the joy on people’s faces while enjoying our different creations makes it all worthwhile.
